LabelsAgent is operated by Fuzhou LabelsAgent Supply Chain Co., Ltd. ("LabelsAgent", "we", "us"). We provide custom label sourcing, production coordination, artwork prepress review, and worldwide shipping services connecting Western product brands with experienced Chinese label factories. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, inquiry submitters, quote requesters, and customers who use our website or services. By browsing the site, requesting a quote, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit a quote request or place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

What LabelsAgent Provides

LabelsAgent coordinates the production and delivery of custom-printed labels, stickers, and related packaging materials. Our core product categories include:

Custom Roll Labels

Printed labels supplied on rolls for machine or hand application. Suitable for batch packaging, repeat orders, and high-volume product labeling.

Custom Sheet Labels

Printed labels supplied on flat sheets for manual application. Suitable for small batches, startups, handmade brands, and sample testing.

Custom Stickers

Die-cut, kiss-cut, roll, or sheet stickers for branding, packaging seals, gifts, events, and promotional use.

Custom Foil Labels

Labels with hot foil stamping in gold, silver, rose gold, copper, holographic, and other metallic finishes for premium packaging.

Material Samples

Free material sample packs containing 5 different label materials so buyers can test adhesion, appearance, and finish before committing to production.

Sourcing, artwork prepress, proof management, factory coordination, quality control, and worldwide shipping arrangement.
§ 03 · Quotes & Pricing

How Quotes Work

All quotes are prepared based on the specifications you provide: label size, shape, material, quantity, finish, artwork requirements, application surface, and shipping destination. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Factors that affect pricing:

  • Material selection (BOPP, PET, paper, kraft, vinyl, estate paper, textured paper)
  • Order quantity — higher volumes reduce per-unit cost
  • Finish options (foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, lamination, white ink)
  • Adhesive type (permanent, removable, freezer-safe, oil-resistant)
  • Shipping method (economy vs. DHL Express)
  • Artwork complexity and prepress requirements
Price changesIf you change specifications after receiving a quote — different size, material, quantity, or finish — we will issue a revised quote. The revised price applies to the revised order.
§ 04 · Artwork Responsibility

Your Designs, Your Responsibility

Read this section carefullyProof approval is final. Once production starts, changes cannot be made. The fastest way to avoid costly reprints is to spend five extra minutes reviewing the proof on a real screen.
When you upload artwork, approve a digital proof, or instruct us to proceed with production, you confirm the following:
  • You own or have rights to use the artwork. You are responsible for ensuring that logos, images, fonts, and text do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • You have checked spelling and content. Once you approve a proof, spelling errors, wrong dates, incorrect ingredients, or other text issues become your responsibility.
  • You have verified size and layout. The label dimensions, safe zones, barcode placement, and visual alignment should be reviewed carefully before approval.
  • You understand that proof approval is final. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing (email or chat confirmation). Changes cannot be made after production starts.

§ 05 · Production

How Production Works

Proof Approval

Production starts only after you approve the digital proof and confirm all specifications in writing. Same day

Payment

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is paid before shipping. Before Day 1

Manufacturing

Standard CMYK printing: 4-6 business days after proof approval. Standalone foil stamping: 6-8 business days after proof approval. Foil with embossing or spot UV: add 1-2 business days. 1–5 days

QC & Ship

Quality inspection, packing, photo confirmation, then dispatch with tracking number issued within 24 hours. 24 hrs
Production times are estimatesStandard production times are estimates based on typical order complexity. Rush production (within 24 hours) is available for +20% of the order total — ask our team if you have an urgent deadline.
§ 06 · Color & Material Tolerance

Reasonable Production Variation

Custom label printing involves physical materials, industrial equipment, and hand-finished processes. Small variations between orders, and between screen previews and physical products, are normal and expected within industry standards.

Color Variation

RGB → CMYK
Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on a computer or phone screen due to differences between RGB displays and CMYK printing. We use Pantone references when exact color matching is required.

Material Variation

Batch-to-batch
Paper, film, and adhesive materials may have minor batch-to-batch differences in shade, texture, or thickness. These differences are within acceptable manufacturing tolerance and do not constitute defects.

Finish Variation

± 1-2 mm
Foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, and lamination may show slight positioning shifts (typically within 1-2mm). This is standard for finish processes and not considered a production error.

Die-Cut Variation

± 1 mm
Custom die-cut shapes may have minor edge variation, especially on intricate designs or small labels. Tolerance is typically within 1mm of the specified dimensions.
§ 07 · Shipping

Shipping Terms

LabelsAgent offers two shipping options for all production orders:
Economy Shipping25-40 business days. Free on orders over $70. Best for planned orders with lead time.
DHL Express4-8 business days. Charged by weight and destination. Best for time-sensitive launches.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Production time begins after proof approval and deposit payment. Shipping time begins after the order is dispatched from the factory. Special finishes (foil, embossing) may extend production time.
Customs & dutiesCustoms duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. Many label orders fall under de minimis thresholds (US: $800; EU: €150; UK: £135) and enter duty-free, but this depends on your country's regulations.

§ 08 · Returns & Refunds

Custom Product Return Policy

Because all labels are custom-made to your approved specifications (size, material, artwork, finish, adhesive), returns and refunds follow specific conditions:
  • Orders may be changed or cancelled before proof approval without penalty.
  • Once production begins, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.
  • If LabelsAgent or the factory makes a production error (wrong size, wrong material, wrong quantity, major printing defect), we will reprint, partially refund, or arrange another agreed solution.
  • Errors caused by approved artwork (typos, wrong colors, wrong content) do not qualify for refund.

§ 09 · Intellectual Property

Artwork Ownership and Usage

You retain full ownership of all artwork files you upload to LabelsAgent. We claim no ownership rights over your designs, logos, or brand assets.

Your commitments

  • You own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it for commercial production.
  • The artwork does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • You are responsible for any legal claims arising from artwork you submit.

Our commitments

  • We use your artwork only for the purpose of producing your labels.
  • We do not sell, license, or distribute your artwork to third parties.
  • We do not display your artwork publicly (portfolio, marketing, social media) without your written permission.
  • We retain production files for reorder convenience only. You can request file deletion at any time.
§ 10 · Limitation of Liability

Scope of Responsibility

LabelsAgent provides production coordination and sourcing services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the following limitations apply:
  • LabelsAgent's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of sales, business interruption, or brand reputation damage.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, natural disasters, holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not liable for issues arising from customer-approved artwork, including spelling errors, wrong information, or design flaws.
  • We are not liable for regulatory non-compliance of label content (ingredient lists, warnings, FDA/regulatory text). The customer is responsible for ensuring label content meets their target market's legal requirements.
Practical noteIf something goes wrong with your order, contact us. We are a relationship-driven business and will work with you to find a fair solution — even when formal liability is limited. Our goal is long-term partnerships, not one-time transactions.
§ 11 · Changes to Terms

Updates and Revisions

LabelsAgent may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last revised" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active customers via email. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you place an order after terms have been updated, the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation apply to that order. For significant policy changes that affect existing orders, we will communicate directly with affected customers.
