There is no minimum order quantity — you can order as few as 1 label and we will produce, finish and ship it. Custom hot-stamped (foil) labels: no die fee — plate-making is currently waived on all foil orders. We retain the foil plate on file for 18 months at no charge, so reorders of the same artwork run with no plate cost and no setup delay.

Submit a quote request with your size, material, quantity, and artwork. We send a formal quote within 24 hours. Approve the quote, pay the deposit, upload artwork, approve the digital proof, and we begin production.

Yes, with caveats. Different artworks on the same size/material/quantity order can be combined. Different sizes or materials typically require separate production runs.

Yes. Pricing scales down significantly at 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, and 25,000 piece tiers. Quote requests include a tiered pricing table automatically.

Pricing depends on size, material, quantity, finish, and format. As a reference: 1,000 standard 3"×4" White BOPP roll labels start around $0.08–$0.12 per label. Foil-stamped labels run 30–60% more. Request a quote for exact pricing.

Two pathways: (1) Online payment in full — credit card via Stripe or PayPal. Full payment is charged before production starts. (2) Bank-class payment with 50% deposit — bank wire transfer (T/T), Wise, or Alibaba Trade Assurance on orders over $2,000. Pay a 50% deposit to start production; when production is complete we send you photos and/or video of the finished order, then you pay the 50% balance and we ship. We do not offer net-day payment terms (no net-15, net-30, net-45 or net-60).

No setup fees on standard CMYK digital printing. For foil stamping, plate-making is currently waived, and we retain the foil plate on file for 18 months at no charge for reorders. For spot UV or embossing, please request a specification-based quote before artwork approval.

Yes. Reorders of the same artwork, size, and material receive a 5% loyalty discount and skip the proof stage for faster turnaround.

Standard production is 4-6 business days after digital proof approval. Foil stamping adds 1-2 days. Spot UV adds 1-2 days. Embossing adds 1-2 days. Holiday peak seasons (Oct-Dec) may extend lead times — book early.

Sea freight (25-40 day delivery, $18 flat or free over $70) and DHL/FedEx air express (4-8 day delivery, $29–$149 by weight). Tracking provided on every shipment.

We ship worldwide. Top destinations: USA, Canada, UK, EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy), Australia, New Zealand. Customs clearance handled by DHL on express, or our freight forwarder on economy.

No. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Labels typically classify under HS code 4821 (paper labels) or 4811 (plastic labels) — most regions apply low or zero duty rates.

Vector PDF, AI (Illustrator), or EPS with all fonts outlined. We also accept high-resolution PNG (300 DPI at final print size). JPEG is not recommended for production quality. Need help? Our prepress team will fix artwork issues for free.

Bleed is extra artwork (typically 3mm / 0.125") that extends beyond the cut line. It ensures no white edges appear if the cut shifts slightly. Always include bleed on color backgrounds and full-bleed photos.

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof showing exact size, colors, cut line, and bleed. No label goes to press until you approve the proof in writing.

If labels arrive with print defects, material flaws, or wrong specs (our error), we reprint and ship free of charge. Photo documentation required within 7 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Customer-side artwork errors (typos, wrong barcode, color mismatch on approved proof) are not covered by free reprint. We offer discounted reprints at 50% off standard pricing for customer-side errors.

We match to Pantone Solid Coated references within ΔE ≤ 3 (industry standard "acceptable match"). CMYK process colors cannot exactly reproduce all Pantone shades — request a physical color proof if exact match is critical.
