Two Carriers, One Clear Choice
Every order ships with one of two carrier options. Economy saves budget on planned reorders; Air Express rescues time-sensitive launches. Air Express is auto-routed via DHL Express or FedEx Express based on lane and capacity — both are premium international couriers. Same QC, same tracking, same packing — only transit time and cost differ.

Import Duties, Taxes & HS Codes
Customs is outside our shipping cost. Below is what you need to know about duties, HS codes, de minimis thresholds, and how Air Express vs Sea Shipping handle clearance.
Buyer Responsibility
Customs duties, import taxes, and any customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. These are not included in our quote or shipping cost.

De Minimis Thresholds
Many label orders fall under these thresholds and enter duty-free:
Air Express Customs
Air Express (DHL or FedEx) handles customs clearance on your behalf. You pay duties/taxes to the carrier on delivery (or via carrier invoice). Sea Shipping may use a third-party broker.
Delays, Lost Packages, & Damaged Shipments
Things don't always go smoothly in international shipping. Here's exactly how we handle the four most common shipping issues — no support tickets, no runaround.
What happens if my package is delayed in customs?
Customs delays are beyond our control. The Air Express carrier (DHL or FedEx) contacts buyers directly for any documentation needed. We provide commercial invoices and packing lists immediately on request.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we reprint and reship at our cost. We file the carrier claim on our side; you don't wait for the resolution.
My package arrived damaged — what do I do?
Photo-document damage within 7 days of delivery. Email photos to [email protected]. We'll assess and either reprint damaged labels free of charge or issue partial refund.
Can I change my shipping address after production starts?
Yes, if the carrier hasn't picked up yet. $25 address-change fee for Air Express redirect. No fee for Sea Shipping (if not yet shipped from origin).
