No — there is no minimum order quantity at LabelsAgent. You can order as few as 1 custom label and we will produce, finish and ship it. This applies to roll labels, sheet labels, stickers, die-cut decals, and every material we stock (BOPP, PET, vinyl, paper, kraft, Estate 9).

Custom hot-stamped (foil) labels: no die fee — plate-making is currently waived on all foil orders. We produce and retain your foil plate on file for 18 months at no charge, so reorders of the same artwork run with no plate cost and no setup delay. Request free material samples first to validate finish and adhesion before committing.

Place an order in four steps: (1) Request a quote through the Get Quote form or product configurator with your size, material, quantity and artwork. For foil projects, use this foil label quote checklist before requesting a written quote. (2) Receive a written quote within 24 business hours including unit price, any applicable foil plate fee, and shipping. (3) Pay by your preferred method — credit card / Stripe / PayPal in full, or for orders over $2,000 pay a 50% deposit via bank wire, Wise or Alibaba Trade Assurance (the 50% balance is due after we send you photos/video of the finished order, before shipping). (4) Approve the digital PDF proof we send before press — no label goes to print until you sign off in writing. Standard production is 4-6 business days after proof approval and payment confirmation.

Yes — up to 4 design variations can be combined in a single roll order with a $25 design-split fee per additional SKU. Each variation keeps the same size, material and finish. Sheet label orders can include up to 12 different designs on one sheet with no split fee. For 5+ roll designs or mixed-size SKUs, request a custom quote — we will calculate the most cost-efficient route, which is usually split into 2 rolls rather than one extended run.

Yes. Roll labels automatically step down in unit price at 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000 and 10000 pieces — typical savings are 18% at 1000 pcs and 35% at 10000 pcs versus the 100-piece price. Foil labels have a flatter curve due to die cost amortization, with breaks at 500, 1000 and 5000. Sheet labels and stickers have breaks at 100, 500 and 1000 sheets. Ask us for a quantity-break quote and we will show the unit price at each tier so you can pick the best value point.

Pricing depends on 5 variables: size, material, quantity, print method and finish. Reference ranges at small quantity (there is no MOQ): 2x2 inch white BOPP roll labels 100 pcs ≈ $0.42/ea; 3x4 inch white paper sheet labels 50 pcs ≈ $0.28/ea; 4x5 inch foil-stamped gold labels 100 pcs ≈ $0.95/ea (no die fee — currently waived); custom die-cut vinyl stickers 50 pcs ≈ $0.55/ea. Unit price drops sharply above 1000 pcs. For an exact quote, submit your size + material + quantity through the Get Quote form — pricing is locked for 30 days.

Neither — we are a China-based sourcing and production coordination platform, not a single factory and not a trading broker. We work directly with 3-5 vetted label printing partners in Fuzhou, Fujian, each specializing in different materials and processes (digital, flexo, foil stamping, screen printing). This model gives you factory-level pricing without being locked into one factory's capability limits, plus a Western-facing coordination layer for artwork prepress, English-language QA, and tracked shipping. The result is typically lower unit cost than major US/EU online label platforms on repeat orders of 1,000+ roll labels.

We accept two payment pathways with different terms:

(1) Online payment in full — Credit card via Stripe, and PayPal (goods & services). Full payment is charged before production starts. Best for orders under $2,000 or any customer who prefers one-step payment.

(2) Bank-class payment with 50% deposit — Bank wire transfer (T/T), Wise, or Alibaba Trade Assurance for orders over $2,000. Pay a 50% deposit to start production. When production is complete we send you photos and/or video of the finished order, then you pay the 50% balance and we ship. The deposit-and-balance structure is only available on orders over $2,000 via these three bank-class methods.

All prices in quote are USD. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider — we never add FX margins.

No setup fees, no plate fees, no die charges on standard digital printing — the unit price is the price you pay. And on custom hot-stamped (foil) labels: no die fee — plate-making is currently waived on all foil orders (the standard $50–$100 list fee is suspended). We retain the foil plate on file for 18 months at no charge. Every quote is fully itemized so you can see each line — there are never hidden charges added after approval.

Yes. Reorders of identical artwork within 18 months automatically get 5% off the original unit price, and no plate fee applies — no die fee is currently charged on any foil order (we keep the foil plate on file). Lead time for reorders is 1-2 business days faster than first-run orders because tooling is already on file. The 5% reorder discount is the only standard repeat-customer discount — it stacks with no other offer. For very high monthly recurring volume, request a custom contracted quote and we will price the run-set economics directly.

Yes — every quote from LabelsAgent is fully itemized: unit price, quantity breaks, foil plate fee (currently $0 — plate-making waived), finish surcharges, packaging, freight (sea freight vs air express via DHL/FedEx), and any optional services like sequential numbering or variable data. Quotes are valid for 30 days and there is never a charge for requesting a quote or revising one. Most quotes are delivered within 24 business hours of artwork and spec confirmation.

No — we do not offer net-day payment terms. There is no net-15, net-30, net-45 or net-60 program for any customer, including established businesses, government agencies, or large distributors. All orders are paid before production via one of the two pathways above: online payment in full (credit card / Stripe / PayPal), or 50% deposit + 50% pre-ship balance via bank wire / Wise / Alibaba Trade Assurance on orders over $2,000. Our pricing is already structured to be lower than major US/EU online label platforms — we pass those savings to every customer upfront instead of funding receivables risk.

We price-match any US, EU or CN supplier on a like-for-like basis: same material, same print method, same finish, same quantity, same lead time and same shipping mode. Send us the competitor itemized quote and we will match or beat it within 24 hours. We do not match against suppliers using thinner facestock, lower-grade adhesive, or off-shore printing with 35+ day shipping — those are not equivalent products.

If your final invoice total is lower than the 50% deposit you paid (for example you reduced quantity or removed a finish), the overpayment is refunded within 5 business days via the original payment method, or credited toward a future order — your choice. We never hold customer funds hostage. Conversely, if you add options after proof approval, the balance invoice reflects the new total before shipping.

All quotes are EXW (Ex Works) FOB our production facility by default — product cost only. Freight is quoted separately in two modes: sea freight (25-40 business days, $18 flat or free over $70) and air express via DHL/FedEx (4-8 business days, $29-149 by weight). Import duties and local VAT are billed by your customs authority on arrival, typically 0-5% for printed labels under HS code 4821.10 — check your country's de minimis threshold. DDP (delivered duty paid) shipping is available on request for orders over $3000.

Cancellations follow a 3-stage funnel (full policy on our Return & Refund Policy page): cancelled before proof approval — 100% refund within 5 business days; after proof approval but before production start — 90% refund (10% covers prepress and artwork setup); once production starts (plates, dies, or materials committed) — no refund, though production-defect claims still apply. We make the proof stage explicit so you can pause before commitment — most customers request 1-3 proof revisions and we never bill extra for proof cycles within reason.

Yes. Provide your PO number when requesting a quote or after receiving the quote — we will print it on the proforma invoice, commercial invoice and packing list. For accounts-payable workflows, our invoice includes seller name, address, tax ID, itemized line items, sub-total, freight, total, payment instructions and remittance terms. Note that we do not offer net-day payment terms — see our payment-methods answer for the deposit-and-balance structure on orders over $2,000.

Our pricing is already below comparable US/EU label platforms, so we cannot layer in broad first-order discounts. The specific policies:

• First-time customers — Discounts are generally not offered. However, we may provide promotional discounts from time to time during holidays, special events, or other promotional periods.
• Second-time and beyond — 5% repeat-customer discount on every subsequent order, capped at $200 discount per order. Applied automatically when you reorder using the same account.
• Registered nonprofits and 501(c)(3) organizations — 8% off every order after you submit your IRS determination letter. Order subtotal must be above $200. Applies to the nonprofit's own label orders only.
• Startups under two years old with a valid business license — We offer an initial 5% discount to eligible startup companies. For repeat orders, we typically provide a 5% discount or more, depending on the order value, volume, and cooperation history.

Discounts do not stack with each other, with price-match guarantees, or with the 18-month reorder discount.
