Minimum recommended foil line weight is 0.25 pt. Thinner lines break under heat and pressure.
Keep Foil Areas Clear
Solid 100% foil coverage on the foil layer. No gradients, transparency, or overprint.
Use Vector Files
AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF. Raster files (PNG, JPG) cannot be used for the foil layer.
