Yes. The 5-material sample pack is free. You only pay $6 USD for shipping, and that $6 is credited toward your first LabelsAgent order — making the samples effectively free.
What materials are included in the sample pack?
Each pack includes 5 materials: White BOPP (waterproof, oil-resistant), Clear PET (premium transparent), Brown Kraft Paper (natural eco look), Textured Estate Paper (premium wine and spirit), and Gold Foil (metallic accent finish).
How long does sample delivery take?
Samples ship from China via DHL eCommerce. Typical delivery is 7 to 14 business days to North America and Europe. Faster DHL Express (3–5 days) is available for an extra fee.
Can I print my own artwork on the samples?
Yes. The default pack uses our standard test artwork so you can evaluate material, print quality, and finish. If you want your own design on the samples, upload it on the form and our team will run a quick artwork review before printing.
How is the $6 shipping credited to my order?
When you place your first production order with LabelsAgent, the $6 sample shipping fee is deducted from your invoice. Mention your sample request ID in the order form and we will apply the credit automatically.
Do I need to be a business to request samples?
The sample pack is built for Western product brands, packaging buyers, and procurement teams. We prioritize business requests but accept all submissions. Provide your product type and use case so we can recommend the right materials.
Can I choose specific materials instead of the default 5?
Yes. Use the material selector above or pick materials in the form. We will tailor the pack to your selection — for example, only waterproof materials for bath and body, or only foil for premium packaging.
